No. Engraving on slate shows in natural shades of grey.

Every kind of companion is welcome. All we need is a clear photo.

Yes. Choose “Yes” for the preview question when ordering. It adds 1–3 days, depending on how quickly you reply. Our designs are an artistic interpretation of your photo, so small differences are normal. Your text is engraved exactly as written, so please check the spelling.

The first slate is CA$29.99. Each extra copy of the same design is +$20 per copy, and each extra pet (a new design) is +$25 per pet. For example: 2 of the same pet is $49.99, 3 is $69.99 and 4 is $89.99. Four different pets is $104.99. For larger or event orders, message us for a quote.

Made to order and ready to ship in 3–5 business days (after preview approval, if you asked for one). It ships from Ontario, Canada, with tracking. Need it by a certain date? Message us before ordering.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Message us through Etsy within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package (with the shipping label visible) and of the slate from several angles. We review every case. Because each piece is custom-made, we can’t accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds.

Wipe gently with a damp cloth and water only. Please don’t scrub, and avoid alcohol and harsh cleaners. It isn’t dishwasher safe.

Indoors keeps it looking its best the longest. Outdoors, choose somewhere sheltered and out of direct sun, and re-seal now and then with a clear sealant spray. It isn’t strong enough to be stepped on, so place it somewhere secure. Water freezing in cold weather can crack natural stone, which isn’t covered.
